A seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of software development experience in US, China and Hong Kong. Jason is the founder of DBC Software Ltd. (DBC), focusing on Digital Workflow on Blockchain. DBC has implemented a Geneva award winning private blockchain for DSD to support six projects in the Northern District, HK. The blockchain acts as a Common Data Environment (CDE) to share data among contractors and consultants. The data includes DWSS, BIM, Payments etc. Jason has also given opinions to HKMA’s e-HKD technical whitepaper in early 2022.
